Super cute baby, umbilical cord, placenta and uterus, the cord/baby can be detached and reattached with a button fastening.
At the top of the uterus, is a drawstring fastening, everything can pop inside to be carried around easily.
Then the baby, cord & placenta can be delivered through the opening at the bottom. The opening is a 10cm diameter also 😊 The uterus is roughly 10.5" in length.
