Here's some frequently asked questions.
Do you do custom work?
Yes, I can do custom work. This can be anything from making items in a custom colourway, to adding changes/embelishments. As everything is handmade by me, customisation is possible. If you would like to make a request, please get in touch via the contact form.
How long will my order take?
The first full working day after you place you order is classed as the first working day. Any order placed on a weekend or on a national holiday will also follow this rule. The length of time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies as some items take longer to make than others. The turnaround time for all my items are in the item description. Please note, at peak or very busy times, processing times might require extending.
Are your items suitable for Vegans?
Yes. All the materials I use are not animal derived.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. I am UK based but I ship worldwide. All parcels sent are Tracked and Signed for, for both yours and my own peace of mind.
Customs and import taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply due to updates and changes in government legislation. As unfortunate it may be, I can not be held responsible for delays due to customs or postal service logistical issues.
My order hasnt arrived yet, what do I do?
Please get in touch via the contact form with your details. I send all items as Tracked parcels so I can check on the status and message you back.
I'm not happy with my order, what can I do?
I will try to assist you the best I can, so get in touch via the contact form. I would love the opportunity to help if you felt you weren't happy with an order. Please see my refund policy for further information.
