Shipping policy
My dispatch times vary depending on the item, my processing times are stated on the item description. If you need an order for a particular date, please let me know as soon as possible, and I'll do what I can to get it dispatched early.
Approximate arrival times are:
UK orders - 2 days to 3 weeks
USA - 2 to 5 weeks
Europe - 2 to 4 weeks
Rest of the World - 2 to 5 weeks
Some orders may arrive a little quicker, or take a bit longer depending on whether there are delays with Royal Mail/ local Post Offices, customs, or caused by bad weather. I always post items as tracked shipping, so we can track your order on it's journey.
Postage costs include:
- the price of postage (set by Royal Mail)
- packaging (tissue, stickers, bags, and boxes)

The first full working day after you place you order is classed as the first working day. Any order placed on a weekend or on a national holiday will also follow this rule. The length of time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies as some items take longer to make than others. The turnaround time for all my items are in the item description. Please note, at peak or very busy times, processing times might require extending.
Customs and import taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply due to updates and changes in government legislation. As unfortunate it may be, I can not be held responsible for delays due to customs or postal service logistical issues.
